Technical Project Lead - Scrum Methodologies (5-6 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Lead to oversee and manage the technical aspects of complex projects from inception to completion.

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating between stakeholders, managing risks, and maintaining the technical integrity of the project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resources allocation strategies.

- Direct and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical specialists.

- Assign tasks based on skillsets, monitor progress, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical updates and status reports.

- Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Define technical requirements and design the architecture of systems or software products in alignment with business needs.

- Review and approve technical solutions to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.

- Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles during project execution.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Ensure that all technical deliverables meet quality standards and are compliant with organizational processes and external regulations

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, UX/UI, and business operations, to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

- Strong experience in software development, engineering, or systems architecture, with

proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., web development, cloud platforms, enterprise

software).

- Strong background in software development practices, systems integration, and technical

architecture.

- Familiarity with coding languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others, depending on the

organization's stack.

- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Strong ability to identify problems early, analyze potential solutions, and make data-driven decisions to guide the project to success.

- PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

- Technical certifications related to cloud platforms, software development, or architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable.
