Job Title Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both internal and external (client-based) hiring needs, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers.
Client Management:
- Act as the key point of contact for external clients, understanding their hiring needs, advising on talent strategies, and ensuring timely and efficient recruitment to meet their staffing requirements.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and the highest standards of candidate sourcing and selection.
Advanced Sourcing Techniques:
- Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, headhunting, and Boolean search techniques to source top talent for both internal roles and client positions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on the status of recruitment activities.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
- Lead the negotiation process for both internal and client hires, ensuring competitive compensation packages and securing candidate acceptance while maintaining positive relationships.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance, reducing time-to-hire, and improving candidate quality for both internal and external positions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both client recruitment and internal recruitment.
- Expertise in utilizing multiple job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, direct sourcing).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close candidates while managing client expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external clients.
- Experience in managing recruitment for diverse roles across different industries and functions.
- Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
