Job Description
- Strategy Design: Develop and implement generic options market-making strategies across different asset classes, focusing on right pricing, hedging, and risk management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to translate market strategies and ideas into efficient code implementations for automated systems.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to ideate new alphas, iteratively enhance Market Making strategies, and minimize adverse fills.
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field from a Tier 1 college.
- Proven track record in options markets with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Options Market Making strategies automation.
- Experience in Non-Equities (Rates, Commodities) Options Market Making is a plus.
- Ability to code in C++ will be a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
