Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Mulund west

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and HR software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
