Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Coal Mining Production Incharge to oversee the day-to-day coal mining operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive mining practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise coal mining operations, including extraction, transportation, and

Processing.

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

3. Monitor and control production costs, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

4. Supervise and train mining personnel to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety awareness.

5. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment.

6. Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize production efficiency.

7. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and optimal performance.

8. Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets, improve quality, and reduce waste.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in coal mining operations, preferably in a supervisory/management role.

3. Strong knowledge of coal mining methods, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
