Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) or General Manager (GM) to lead the branding initiatives for our TMT, Wire Rod, and Bar Mill products within the Steel Manufacturing Division.
The role involves developing and implementing strategic branding campaigns to enhance market visibility, brand positioning, and customer engagement across the product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the division's objectives and target market segments.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for TMT, Wire Rod, and Bar Mill products to establish a strong market presence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to drive effective brand differentiation.
Brand Campaign Management:
- Plan and oversee integrated brand campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximal brand impact.
Product Branding and Promotion:
- Develop and implement product-specific branding initiatives for TMT, Wire Rod, and Bar Mill products to showcase their unique features and benefits.
- Create compelling product messaging, packaging designs, and promotional materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with product development teams to align branding strategies with product enhancements and innovations.
Brand Communication and Public Relations:
- Manage external communications, public relations activities, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Develop communication strategies, press releases, and media campaigns to uphold a positive brand image and industry presence.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the division at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Brand Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate key brand performance indicators, market trends, and customer feedback to assess brand effectiveness and market penetration.
- Identify growth opportunities, brand extensions, and strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and market share.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or communications roles within the steel industry or equivalent sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, strategy development, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
