Mankind Pharma - Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing tests that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality before deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure that software meets defined requirements and quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, product managers, and technical support) to identify and resolve product issues

- Participate in design and specification reviews, providing input on testability requirements

- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and improvements

- Document test cases and results thoroughly and communicate findings to stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

- Proven 5+ experience as a QA Engineer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Test NG)

- Hands-on experience in Performance Testing (e.g. J-Meter, Load Runner etc.)

- Hands-on experience in SSMS

- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with security testing is a plus

- Experience with testing mobile applications (iOS, Android)

- Experience on E-commerce web testing would be added advantage.

- ISTQB or similar QA certifications
