Experience: 8+ years in Sales and Marketing of printing & Packaging to Corporate, HoReCa & Retail.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced person to lead our B2B sales for Paper cups manufacturing company in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong network in the B2B segment.
- The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B paper cups segment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including restaurants, cafes, and food service providers
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Budget and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- MIS / Sales reporting to management
Requirements:
Aged between: 30-40 years
- 8+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in HoReCa / Paper / packaging / food service industry
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing
- Knowledge of the food service industry
- Experience in leading a Sales team
- Strong network in the B2B segment in Bangalore
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
