Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Associate at Manipal Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:
1. Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
3. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
4. Monitor and maintain accurate records of cash and bank transactions
5. Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and budget analysis
6. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards
8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or cash management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is a plus
