Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and technical teams.

Develop business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other deliverables as needed.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and business operations.

Participate in the implementation and testing of solutions to ensure that they meet business requirements.
