Manager -EHS

• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify workplace hazards and risks.
• Providing safety training to employees on topics such as machine safety, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures.
• Investigating accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent future incidents.
• Maintaining safety records and documentation, including incident reports and training records.
• Collaborating with management to develop safety goals and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Conducting job hazard analyses and recommending controls to mitigate risks.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
• Leading safety committee meetings and facilitating communication on safety-related issues.
• Keeping abreast of changes in safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor/ masters in industrial safety

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Preference: Experience of manufacturing / heavy fabrication/ automobile Industry is preferred.
