Designation: Manager - Data & Market Intelligence
Location: Delhi/Mumbai
Purpose: The person will bring in skills and technical expertise to build customer cohorts, data and insights, study new markets and competition analysis, to guide marketing, product, and business teams towards taking informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong analytical mind-set, a passion for research and data-driven decision-making, and is equally passionate about translating complex data into actionable business insights, ensuring that data, both quantitative and qualitative, forms the backbone of design, planning, and communication.
Job Description:
Data & Insights:
- Understand Good Earth's existing audience segments and define both quantitative and qualitative customer personas.
- Define customer journeys based on segmentations and client behaviour and create targeted database/cohorts required to activate regular campaigns.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support the sales team with insights into customer behavior and market demands to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead category deep dives to identify growth opportunities and business drivers that will help to accelerate business.
- Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing performance, channels and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Demonstrate, interpret, and discuss complex data or algorithms in a way that yields clear conclusions and useful business insights
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research (could be specific to a specific category/region) to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth, emerging trends, and potential threats.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market research software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience: 4- 8 years
- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience of creating dashboards to support business reviews and drive improvements/optimizations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
