Job Description
- Reviews client bills using information in various consulting systems and reports and follows up on bills or consulting receivables to track project work
- Prepares detailed reports and correspondences by transcribing notes and taking minutes and maintains correspondences and data files to document interactions with clients
- Manages the inventory for supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance to support senior consultants on client projects.
- Develops and updates complex spreadsheets and reports as requested by senior consultants to support client projects and the practice.
- Ensures systems and databases are updated regularly (e.g. MarshForce and Elite) to ensure senior consultants are always utilizing accurate, up-to-date information.
- Answers advanced inquiries from customers to support customer service and delivery.
- Drafts client proposals, contracts and presentations in a timely manner to support senior consultants in sales work.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance industry.
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem solving and skills. Good communication skills..
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Organised, self-discipline and pro-active.
- Good multi-tasking ability.
