Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and skills.
    • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
    • Manage and schedule sales team activities.
    • Address and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Manage inventory and ensure availability of vehicles.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor sales performance and profitability.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance) and external stakeholders.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive products, brands, and features.
  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, closing deals, and customer retention.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Time Management & Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills.
