Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:

Customer Service:
Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests are handled promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and address any issues to improve service quality.
Service Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to service staff and customers as needed.
Ensure that service staff are well-trained and knowledgeable about the companys products and services.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Inventory and Supplies:
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for service activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order and maintain stock levels.
Monitor and control costs related to service operations and inventory.
