Prepared matrix for rate and manpower approvals of additional space (No delay in rate negotiation with SCC)

Additional spaces taken on time and before necessary approvals (Trailer hold complaints decreased)

Standardization of format and approval process for operational and commercial of additional space (Maintained proper data)

Additional space approval costing shared to the BA on time (No escalation from BAs)

FD Stockyards Inventory:

External audit handled in critical condition (Audit completed with zero NC)

Other work:

Gate pass pendency clearance

PR and GRN creation for stockyard manpowers

Audit documents verification and sharing to the M&M accounts

In-transit report tracking and sharing to the SY team

Sunday working manpower costing sharing to the customer and BA

Provisional cost sharing to the commercial

SQI and CSI report creating for FD stockyards

Facilitate and ensure structured customer reviews on monthly basis across activities

Taken care of Customer requirements (Rusty activity, BBND details, Scrap details, MIS, and others
