Role & responsibilities

Knowledge and working experience on Seamless pipe process, Knowledge and experience of Quality Management System, Knowledge in Specifications like ASTM, API 5CT, API 5L,API Spec Q1, IBR and EN Standards.

Knowledge of NDT, VDI, Final Inspection

Knowledge on QMS System ISO 9001; 2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 Health & safety.

Customer Complaint Handling, External and internal Audit, Communication

Able to Implement QMS system throughout the process and in quality.

Should have Good Communications skills with Knowledge on Excel & word.

Knowledge on seamless pipe process NDT inspection, VDI Inspections and Lab testings

Able to implement quality tools like 5S activity, Kaizen & six Sigma.

Knowledge of Health & Safety Aspects
