Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in creative project management, digital marketing, content creation, and team management.
Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team with strong leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Google Analytics).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
