Roles & Responsibility:
1. Product Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the product management team to define the overall product strategy for logistics solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in the logistics domain.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals and successful execution.
- Act as a bridge between different departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
3. Product Development & Enhancement
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and implement product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
4. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of logistics products.
- Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Project Management.
- Lead and coordinate the execution of projects related to logistics product development.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
6. Quality Assurance
- Work with quality assurance teams to ensure that logistics products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
7. Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
- Work with customer support teams to address product-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
8. Training & Documentation
- Develop training materials for internal teams and customers to ensure a clear understanding of logistics products.
- Create documentation, including user guides and release notes.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
