Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Sales Trainer to lead the development and execution of impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and coaching sales teams to achieve exceptional performance. This role requires strategic thinking, advanced knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to design innovative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Training Development:

- Develop and implement advanced sales training strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires and leadership development for senior sales personnel.

Performance Optimization:

- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Provide tailored coaching sessions to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Advanced Content Creation:

- Develop specialized training content, including advanced sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and leadership skills.

- Ensure training materials are updated to reflect the latest industry standards, tools, and technologies.

- Act as a mentor for junior trainers and sales leaders, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Lead workshops, seminars, and executive-level training sessions to build leadership and strategic selling capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with senior management to align training objectives with broader business strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver holistic training solutions.

Global Training Implementation:

- Design scalable training programs for diverse teams across multiple regions, ensuring cultural and market-specific relevance.

- Leverage e-learning tools and digital platforms to facilitate global training initiatives.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement:Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure measurable ROI.

- Continuously refine training strategies based on participant feedback, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

- At least 7+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a leadership sales role with a focus on training.

- Expertise in advanced sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN Selling, or Miller Heiman.

- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and align training initiatives with business outcomes.

- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with CRM tools, learning management systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in advanced sales methodologies or training programs (e.g., Certified Sales Trainer, Sandler).

- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and large-scale training projects.

- Proven ability to coach and mentor senior-level sales leaders.

- Strong adaptability to work across different industries and sales environments.
