Staff Software Engineer - Java/Python (7-10 yrs)

What You'll Do :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

- Drive architectural discussions, identify technical solutions, and implement strategies to ensure software performance, efficiency, and scalability.

- Develop high-quality, well-documented software using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical specifications.

- Analyze complex problems, troubleshoot technical issues with a solution-oriented approach, and deliver innovative solutions.

- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends, keeping the team at the forefront of software development.

What We're Looking For :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 7-10 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of success.

- Mastery of multiple programming languages (e.g, Java, Python, C++, Go).

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g, Agile, DevOps).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git), CI/CD tools (e.g, Jenkins), and containerization technologies (e.g, Docker).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

- Experience with database systems (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
