Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep our systems running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve service requests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime.
- Document service activities, including maintenance reports and customer interactions.
- Train customers and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends and product developments.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or equivalent work experience / fresher.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid : drivers license, certifications, etc.
