We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep our systems running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve service requests.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime.
Document service activities, including maintenance reports and customer interactions.
Train customers and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
Stay current with industry trends and product developments.
Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or equivalent work experience / fresher.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
