Job Description
- UI Design for mobile and desktop applications using Figma.
- Understand and translate business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Continually iterate on concepts and prototypes to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including user cases, wireframes, visual mockups, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
- Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the user experience and interface of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer-interaction benchmarks, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our design practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work.
- Expertise in Figma, including complex prototyping and component-based design development.
- Demonstrable experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) design processes.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear, concise communication style.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in user testing and design validation.
- Understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
- Experience in designing for various platforms including web, mobile, and tablet.
