Marketing Communication Executive

- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media, BTL and PR strategy aligned with our brand objectives and marketing goals.

- Content Creation: Coordinate with various agencies to develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, experience centres and internal communications.

- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports for insights.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media, BTL and PR campaigns, including brand campaigns, promotions, and special events.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, agencies and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management, media planning/agency experience or social media management.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing communication strategies.

- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools and understanding of digital printing.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

-Experience in the B2B industry is a plus.
