Manage the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

We re looking for someone who possesses the following:
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
A commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.
A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.

A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
