We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive/Manager to join our HR
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment
strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand
their recruitment needs and preferences. For example;
Discussing with hiring manager in order to find out suitable candidate JD, Base location, education, age,
preferred industry, vehicle requirements, language requirements & other various details to put
maximum on the paper before processing the head hunting or farming.
Develop and implement/acquisition recruitment strategies: based on above, utilize various recruitment
channels, such as recruitment consultant, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs, to attract
qualified candidates.
Manage job postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with company branding guidelines.
Source candidates: Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify and engage potential
candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and online profiles to identify top
candidates.
Coordinate interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Extend job offers: Present job offers to selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies
and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or Bachelor degree in HR/ TA certifications, TA training certification, or related field.
Science background bachelors degree shall be preferred.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in hardcore recruitment consultancy firms, Proven experience in
recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is necessary.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with neutral accents are critical for this role.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
prioritize multiple tasks is essential.
5. Knowledge of recruitment tools and software: Familiarity with recruitment tools, such as applicant
tracking systems (ATS), is desirable.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this
role.
7. A candidate from product industry (preferably furniture) shall be preferred.
8. Compensation: Best in the industry.
9. Base Location: South Delhi/ Gurugram
