Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage our export and import operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export and import shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Proficient in using Tally for accounting entries and maintaining financial records.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing financial information.
• Provide timely updates and reports to clients on shipment status and logistics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Export-Import Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Tally for accounting and financial management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
