Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start a career in technical sales. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales of our protective coatings solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, Protective & Marine sectors.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and schedule meetings.
• Build relationships with Fabricators , contractors, engineers, facility managers, and purchasing managers.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our protective coatings to potential clients.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives and technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies Role & responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 0-2 years of sales experience (experience in coatings, paints, or industrial products is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic understanding of protective coatings, paint applications, or industrial materials (training will be provided).
