EV SALES EXPERIENCE LEAD Job Description - Full job description An EV experience lead role can involve a variety of responsibilities, including: Designing user experiences A lead experience designer creates user experiences for electric vehicle owners and buyers. They guide project teams in applying human-centered design methods to develop vehicle experience concepts. Testing and validation A lead in EV-powertrain testing and validation designs, executes, and reports tests. They also develop DVP test plans, review and improve existing validation techniques, and generate test cases. Sales A head of EV sales manages an EV sales team, builds partnerships with EV dealerships and OEMs, and develops business plans. They also establish inbound lead requirements and provide visibility into the sales pipeline. Business development A business development role involves market research, developing sales strategies, and achieving annual revenue targets. They also qualify leads, meet with customers, and develop solutions from available offerings.
