As a Trainee Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, testing, and supporting software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business requirements.

- Provide incident resolution and extend support to customers via voice, email, chat, or remote access.

- Support IT production systems and services, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
- Adapt to 24 7 shifts based on business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new skills efficiently.
- Proactive in anticipating and resolving business issues with agility.
- A multi-disciplinary mindset and versatility in handling diverse tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality code.
- Good knowledge in Java/Python/C++
- Strong Aptitude skills
- Good Communication skills
