Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail clients and mall management.
Act as Primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
In conjunction with internal and external partners to develop and execute Sales plan which delivers Sales growth, market share, and ROI.
Ensure Key Locations for LUXASIA brands across all stores.
Responsible for the PL for the managed retail accounts.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue through Strategic planning.
Working with the commercial and marketing team to give necessary support to the retail stores.
Ensure Merchandising guidelines are adhered to across.
Work closely with demand planning team to ensure forecasting and base levels of stocks are adhered.
Business Development: developing new channels for LUXASIA brands as per brand strategies.
Market Analysis: should be aware of the market trends, keep track of competitions and counter attacking techniques to maintain the brand rankings in the topmost as possible.
Reporting: Providing MIS, Sales Performance Metrics to senior management.
