User Experience Designer

Requirements

Use Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Work with product, development, and marketing teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate concepts, and refine designs.

Ensure design elements and user experiences are consistent across all products.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to improve our design processes continuously.

Share design concepts, rationales, and updates with stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.

2-5 years in a UI/UX Designer role or similar.

Advanced skills in Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, user-centered designs, and creative solutions.

In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
