Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
- This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a passionate individual with a strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, industry events, online platforms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Skills:
- Exceptional sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, or Data Science technologies is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant sales tools.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
