Tele Sales Officer-TSO

Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Conversion:

Contact potential customers via phone to pitch products or services.
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.
Educate customers about product benefits and comparisons.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Generate and share daily or weekly sales reports with the team lead or manager.
Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to share best practices and strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for lead quality improvement.
