Your Responsibilities:

- Champion User-Centric Healthcare Design

- Advocate for outstanding user experiences by representing the needs of patients, doctors, and healthcare administrators during design brainstorming sessions.

Engage with Healthcare Stakeholders

- Collaborate with patients, medical professionals, business leaders, and product managers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities to increase healthcare activation and enhance provider platforms.

Drive Strategic Healthcare Initiatives

- Deliver on key projects aligned with our product themes, such as doctor enablement and leveraging healthcare data for superior outcomes. Prototype and iterate on solutions that address complex healthcare problems, ensuring they are user-friendly for both patients and providers.

Select and Apply UX Methodologies

- Identify and utilize the most effective UX methods and tools tailored to the unique challenges and constraints of the healthcare sector.

Enhance Our Design System

- Contribute to and refine our growing design system, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across the entire LoopHealth platform.

Collaborate and Iterate

- Share your designs with peers, incorporate feedback from user research and testing, and continuously improve based on insights from the healthcare community.

What We're Looking For:

Comprehensive UX Expertise

- Proven experience with the end-to-end iterative UX process, including developing scenarios, wireframing, prototyping, conducting user research, and building scalable design systems. Showcase your skills through a strong portfolio.

Empathy and Advocacy for Healthcare Users

- Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with the needs of patients and doctors, solving intricate problems and designing bold solutions that improve health outcomes and streamline healthcare workflows.

Proficiency in UX Tools and Techniques

- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma. Solid understanding of front-end technologies to navigate platform constraints and support the development of healthcare-focused features.

Strong Communication Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively articulate design decisions, advocate for user needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the healthcare domain.

Experience in Healthcare or Data-Intensive Environments

- 3+ years in product design or user experience design, preferably within the healthcare industry or data-driven sectors, with a focus on designing for mobile and desktop platforms.
