In this role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of our internal systems and help streamline processes for better efficiency and performance. Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role, You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Your day-to-day work will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into digital tools, and ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

• Design and develop solutions in Power Platform & SharePoint address business problems.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint environments including site creation, permissions, and workflows.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design and documentation.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive) and third-party systems.

Required Skills and Knowledge

To thrive in this role, were looking for someone who combines hands-on SharePoint development skills with strong understanding of user-centered design and software development best practices. You should be able to troubleshoot issues, guide a small team, and bring clarity to complex technical challenges.
