Job Description
LogicLadder, a leading sustainability cloud software company, is seeking an experienced UI Developer with expertise in HTML and CSS to join our dynamic team. As a UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our sustainability management platform.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS code
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the application
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and performance
- Collaborate with the design team to understand and interpret design requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on HTML and CSS
- Proficient in writing clean, semantic, and maintainable HTML and CSS code
- Hands-on experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional UI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, etc.)
- Responsive design and mobile-first development
- Cross-browser compatibility and testing
- Attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
Good to have :
- Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Grunt)
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in the sustainability or environmental domain
