Build and maintain a productive relationship with onsite Property Management.
Oversee alignment of standards in terms of hard and soft services including preventative maintenance delivery, Plan, schedule, and manage contractors and personnel performing maintenance activities, and monitor to ensure work is performed as contracted;
Ensure facility plant systems, including grounds and security, are maintained in a good, clean, cost-effective working order;
Review quotes and negotiate prices with suppliers and service providers, and approved based on cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness;
Manage shipping/mail/receiving/stock supply functions, assign tasks and delegate work as appropriate;
Review departmental operational procedures and processes and implement changes as required for streamlining operations and improving productivity;
Ensure compliance with local standards to promote facility security and staff health and safety;
Perform other duties and projects as necessary, including hands-on maintenance and assembly activity
Promote workplace safety, environmental practices, waste reduction opportunities, sustainability, and energy conservation initiatives.
Lead implementation of best practices and metrics to improve facilities effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.
Managing employee programs including, pantry, stationery, food and transportation
Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment to implement innovative programs, processes, and practices that reduce short and long-term operating costs while increasing productivity and the workplace experience

Graduate / Diploma or similar
