Vacancy - Day Care In-charge

The Day Care Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves managing staff, planning activities, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Child Care & Development

• Ensure the overall well-being, safety, and development of children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Monitor children's progress and address individual needs.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

2. Staff Supervision & Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise daycare staff and caregivers.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth staff coordination.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary guidance.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local daycare regulations and policies.
• Handle emergency situations and implement first-aid protocols when needed.

4. Parent & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents/guardians.
• Address concerns, provide updates, and conduct periodic meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of children's health, progress, and attendance.

5. Administrative Duties

• Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies.
• Prepare reports on daycare performance and improvement areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in daycare or early childhood education.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
