What you'll do:

• Recruiting, training, and overseeing the inside sales team.
• Coaching inside sales personnel on how to respond to common customer

inquiries effectively.

• Partnering with the marketing team to ensure that the inside sales team has

high-quality leads to follow up on.

• Keeping meticulous records of all leads and finalized sales.
• Generating precise sales forecasts to aid the company in making informed

business decisions.

• Regularly assessing the performance of the inside sales team and providing

constructive feedback.

• Evaluating current sales strategies and procedures for effectiveness and

recommending improvements where necessary.

• Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

You are perfect for the role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a

related field is required.

• Demonstrated 7+ Years of experience in the role of an Inside Sales Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

software.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational capabilities.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a dedication to providing excellent customer

experiences.
