Senior Design Engineer

4-8 years of experience in designing plastic body components for automotive vehicles, preferably in 2-wheelers or passenger cars.
Proficient in the design and development of body panels, consoles, and trims
Skilled in designing with consideration for packaging, master sections, styling, vehicle regulations, and performance requirements.
Experienced in conducting IP feasibility checks and creating master sections.
3-5 years of expertise in 3D CAD using Catia V5
Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Familiarity with tool or mold design processes
Basic knowledge of GD&T with the ability to apply it effectively in technical drawings.
