IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in Middle East recruitment to join our dynamic HR team.

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on hiring for Middle East clients.

Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT professionals for clients in the Middle East.

Strong understanding of visa processes and labor laws in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.

Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.
