Job Description

Experience: 8 years and above of relevant work experience
Qualification: B. E in Instrumentation & Control Or Electronics & Communications Or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or International Marketing
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback both nationally and internationally. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, road shows and presentations to educate customers on our products and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, tendering team and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Generating & Developing Channel business.
  • Develop sales funnel for greater business development.
  • Develop and maintain Distributor / Dealer Channel and have joint visits for product promotion.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback
  • Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site visits as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial instrumentation, process automation, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
