Hris Analyst

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience. You will be responsible for analyzing system capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to HR staff and employees to ensure efficient use of the HRIS. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their HRIS needs and translate those requirements into actionable system enhancements. Additionally, this position will involve training staff on system functionalities and best practices, ensuring data integrity, and conducting regular audits to maintain system accuracy. Role & responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Analyze and troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely resolutions to users.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new system features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide Inputs for Payroll System.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support employee Engagement activities as and when required.
• Generate reports and provide insights from HRIS data to support decision-making processes.
• Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to understand and fulfill their HRIS needs.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS software and data management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in report generation and data analysis using HRIS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and support users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
