Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, a passion for software development, and the ability to mentor junior engineers and guide the team to success.

• Design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software systems.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of new features and improvements for our platform.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define product requirements and technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring the highest standards for code quality, performance, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to improving software development processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in [list of programming languages, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.].
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and technologies such as [React, Node.js, Angular, etc.].
• Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
