What will you enjoy in this roleIn this role, you will design, develop and maintain APIs and UI automation frameworks to enhance product functionality and quality, also ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines. Guide the team in developing, maintaining, and enhancing reusable test scripts and tools to support automated regression, performance, and load testing. Responsibilities What will you doAs a Lead Software Engineer (QA) in the Epsilon Prospect Product team, you will architect and implement testing framework for data solutions in AWS Cloud Environments with a focus on performance, scalability and availability. You will work closely with engineering team members, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to design and implement testing platform. You will also contribute to product development activities on data engineering platforms. Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for backend APIs, UX, and Big Data pipelines. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, or similar frameworks and using Python. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo). Establish best practices in test design, coverage, and defect tracking to ensure quality and performance of the product workflows. Develop and refine test strategies for cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS. Conduct code reviews, mentor QA engineers, and drive test-driven development. Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9 to 12 Years of experience in the relevant technology Strong programming skills in Python for test automation. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Event Bridge, Glue, Streaming services etc. for big data testing. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo. Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and PyTest. Experience testing APIs, data pipelines, and UX. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good to Have Skills: Experience with Scala, Angular, Spark, EMR and Databricks Familiarity with Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to security and performance testing tools.
