Customer Service: ability to deliver exceptional customer service & handle customer grievances.
Customer Experience: ability to design and deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay
Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
Attention to detail: ability to ensure that all guest accommodations, Signature Experiences, and meals are perfectly organized and delivered flawlessly
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a creative field
2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on customer service and customer experience
