Serves as Director-Monitoring and Evaluation of the Foundation: ensuring that the best practices are being followed in the foundation by working closely with the centres, project heads, office coordinators and program teams. The director provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction for the programs and for the Foundation. The M&E Director will provide technical leadership to develop project frameworks, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The M&E Director will supervise and manage the M&E team to design and implement project M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes. The M&E Director is responsible for documenting and disseminating project successes within LRF and to the external clients.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Provide leadership and direction on M&E to ensure the project achieves its goals and corresponding objectives and target
Developing and overseeing data flow pattern for the project, to ensure timely data collection and reporting
The role will involve the on-going creation and evaluation of the monitoring and evaluation systems for the various projects of the organization
Coordination with all the project heads/coordinators, program teams, seek information, and share reports
Supporting the projects heads/coordinators and senior staff to create curiosity and interest in viewing data and its effectiveness
Engaging the teams to meaningfully analyse the data and practically disseminate it
Help teams use data more effectively to improve the existing projects
Provide suitable solutions/recommendations to areas that need changes/improvements
To oversee the objectives and targets agreed upon under each project and ensure that they are timely met
Identify stories/best practices/ and present them at all relevant platforms
Plan and do regular internal audits, with other members of the project and program teams for maintaining and improving service standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research
Supervision and training
Participate in teaching and training of students, interns and other professional staff in a variety of settings
Participate in providing training and information to parents of children with disability
