Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Architectat Indeville Design Studio in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for landscapeplanning, design, and creating planting plans. You will collaborate withclients, architects, and project teams to develop and implement landscapeprojects, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts. Additionally,you will provide expertise in selecting appropriate plants, materials, andtechniques to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive landscape planning and design forvarious projects.
- Preparing BOQ & Estimates.
- Develop detailed planting plans and collaborate onlandscape architecture.
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and techniques tomeet project requirements.
- Present design concepts and plans to clients, effectivelycommunicating ideas and solutions.
- Manage projects from conception through completion,maintaining high standards of quality.
- Converting clients through your design for sales.
Requirements
- Proven skills in landscape planning and design.
- Experience in landscaping and landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in creating detailed planting plans.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to workcollaboratively in a team.
- Knowledgeable about horticulture and various plantspecies.
- A Master\u2019s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, andother rendering tools.
- Sales skills to pitch design concepts and convince clientsto proceed with projects.
