Job Description:

Overseeing the entire automobile leasing department within a dealership or company, managing lease contracts, negotiating terms with customers, ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, developing marketing strategies to attract new lease customers, and monitoring the profitability of the leasing operations, all while leading and motivating a team of leasing agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease Negotiation and Management:

- Negotiating lease terms with customers, including monthly payments, mileage allowances, and residual values.

- Reviewing and finalizing lease contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Managing existing lease agreements, including addressing customer concerns and resolving disputes.

Sales and Marketing:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote leasing options and attract new customers.

- Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential lease customers and close deals.

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

- Leading and motivating a team of leasing agents to achieve sales targets.

- Providing training and coaching to staff on leasing procedures and sales techniques.

- Evaluating team performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Financial Management:

- Monitoring the profitability of the leasing department, tracking key metrics like lease volume and average lease term.

- Analyzing lease data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
